For anyone out there ordering, DO MAKE SURE YOU GET ONE THAT WILL ADJUST TALL EOUGH FOR THE PATIENT. The one we ordered is not tall enough but will attempt to use. Do appreciate the "partial refund" to prevent having to return, which would have been a real hassel for senior citizens like us. Am looking forward to refund on any warranty monies paid. thks..

Perhaps the walker would work well for most people, but for our dad, who struggles with coordination and balance, it was too lightweight. A traditional walker works better for him. I do recommend the walker for others to try, since I realize it is effective for many.
