HART Heavy-Duty Transfer Shovel with Fiber glass Handle

This shovel is amazing for year round use! It's very sturdy and very well made. Living in NY, especially nowadays, the winters are both mild and harsh. One day it'll be 60°F and the next it'll be 10°F. With that said, I got the luxury of using this shovel in both seasons essentially 🤣. On one of the warm days, I did some more edging of my driveway. It's been a pain because the grass and dirt are so overgrown over the edges of my driveway that it takes a beating on my edger and requires a good shovel to loosen the dirt patches and move them to a wheelbarrow (which HART needs a wheelbarrow now *wink wink*). This shovel made that extremely easy. It can help chop up the pieces of dirt and transfer it to my wheelbarrow to get rid of. And then the other extreme, the cold. We received some snow and ice overnight and I wanted to chop up the ice. Unprepared, I didn't have any rocksalt. So I used this shovel and once it got below the layer of ice, it worked fabulously to break up the ice. Because it's a sturdy shovel and hard metal, it held up great for chopping the ice. I know it's not made for it but what's great about tools is finding the unconventional ways to use them! This shovel is a must have for any homeowner as it can be very versatile no matter what you need to accomplish!
