Hi OMG, my family of four adults love this product. We drink hot water and we were heating water on the stove before our purchase; I did spill hot water on my hand few times while transferring hot water from pots to the water bottles. After the purchase, we now safely fill our water bottles (no more waiting at the stove or burning hands). Also, we are addicted to drinking tea during working hours (a good addiction while working instead of coffee or smoking). Hence, this product is invaluable to our home especially during the pandemic. Thanks for such flawless design to see customer delight. I am not good with DIY and husband doesn't want to either. So I used a plumber for installation.

This is my third Insinkerator Hot Cool Faucet as I have installed one in my last two homes and replaced one when having redecorated my kitchen. This product is reliable and durable and is used every day for both hot water and cool water applications. It provides instant hot water for hot beverages and cool water for other purposes. The temperature of the hot water is adjustable and provides for a range of temperatures to suit any need. The faucet is also an attractive part of the kitchen sink as it has smooth lines. Also, the cool water lever locks in the "on" position so that if two hands are needed to hold the receptacle the water will flow "on its own." (This feature is not applicable to the hot water lever for safety reasons.) I recommend this product without qualification and would not have a kitchen without one installed.
