Solid sturdy feel, easy to adjust all options
This was installed by my plumber as my new shower diverter for a handheld and regular showerhead in a standing shower. The top handle selects which output the water comes out of. My plumber adjusted the top handle (by rotating it before tightening it) to where I wanted: It points straight down for just shower head, and rotates to points diagonally up-to-the-left (pointing toward handheld) for just the handheld. There is a click in between that turns on both at once. Good solid feel (plumber was impressed at how heavy the metal trim kit is - although he did say it was a little tricky to install) and easy to adjust for older hands. I selected this trim since the pull-out pressure is one part of the lower handle, and the turning temperature is a separate part of the lower handle. Makes it more obvious which you are adjusting - pressure or temperature.

Great head selector, awful handle trim
I agree with the reviewers about the trim body coming loose when the handle is used. It feels loose and cheaply made. It actually popped out on one occasion and I had to loosen and pull the handle off to reinstall the trim piece with the cheesy tabs that don't hold well. Having said that the head selector works really well.
