My eyes can't accept lights if it's not from LG TV

The most comfortable color tone, true to color. I can't find in other brands to be honest (they are either too saturated or too colourful that hurt my eyes)

Superb!!

After searching for a new TV, we decided to purchase the 65 inch LG one. I am so glad we did. I am utterly shocked at how crisp & clear the picture is. It is heavy but not bulky Infact it's sleek design was one of the many features that made us purchase it. The sound is superb and great for my hard of hearing husband. It's easy to navigate and has loads of built in apps. The remote is light and a very sleek design. I was impressed with the attention to detail behind the screen. It has a place for the wires to hide and not drag or hang behind so it's seen underneath the screen, a simple solution on a modern TV. I would definitely recommend if your looking to make a new purchase!!

Fab picture!

When this TV arrived, I realised I really had ordered an upgrade! We chose to wall mount it, and it now feels a little like we have our own mini cinema on the sofa. The first thing I noticed about the TV was how bright the colours were – and I've since found this was before I discovered the ‘vivid' option. If you want super bright colours this is for you – but the TV also has multiple modes including a power saving mode to maximise the screen whilst minimising the energy usage (which seems pretty cool!). It also has the option to reduce blue light which I think is handy, along with some other settings such as filmmaker mode – which will set the TV as the filmmaker intended the film to be seen, if this is known – if not it sticks to your standard settings. The picture is definitely lovely and clear, no complaints there! I soon found the sound settings after noticing I didn't need the volume as high on this TV as I did previously – again there are multiple modes, as well as options to connect various devices for your sound output – though we've stuck with the TV speaker. There is multiple modes – I'm sticking to either cinema for those films or AI Sound Pro to maximise all the sounds from the show/film. I find cinema helps boost voices without the background music becoming overpowering, which is a hugely handy setting. We've also got automatically adjustment on to stop the volume bouncing when switching between programmes which is fabulous (this normally drives me insane!). It was quick and easy to set up the TV and the apps – of which the main ones I use are readily available, and I already have the LG app from my washing machine, so it was easy to connect the TV up. (Love the option of turning the TV down when I'm in bed if someone bugs me – especially as I haven't told the other half I can do that yet – mwahaha!) The big change between this and predecessors, aside from the extensive settings, is the operating system and remote control. The remote control has a scrolly ball, and when using the home page on the LG TV, you can physically move the remote to control the cursor before selecting what you want. (You don't have to use this – you can just use the directional buttons on the remote). To start with, I wondered what on earth was going on – but I have to admit, this setting has grown on me, and I find myself wiggling the remote around to choose options more and more! Now, I am only my first week in, so watch this space!
