fell off the wall?

installed in new custom home. put in children's bathroom who only use tub. shower head fell off tonight??

Fair Shower Head

I had this shower head installed in my new shower stall about three months ago. Already there are jets that are blocked and as a result, it doesn't provide a satisfactory shower experience. The water pressure is not adequate and therefor does not provide a spa like experience. It takes longer to clean off the soap. I'm missing out on what could be a wonderful shower experience. I will replace it soon.

Hard to adjust spray settings

The shower head is leaking out its side after a little over a year of usage. Checked all the connections but everything is tight and secure. Very disappointed.
