Great snack
The cheez-it hot and spicy is a great snack when you have to grab something quick, but they are salty. I can only have a few at a time because of the salt, but they are so good. If salt don't bother you, then these are for you. The spicy is not a hot spicy, its just a good flavor that does not leave your mouth on fire. They are great.
