You can make a lot of different dishes with these.
I love these. They taste good and you get quite a lot for the cost. I get 2 meals out of this box. I make I make taquitoladas with these. My husband loves it. Put old el paso enchilada sauce (small can) on bottom of 9x12 casserole dish, put 5 toquitos on each end, in the middle put spanish rice or refried beans, add a big can of old el paso enchilada sauce and top with cheese. Sharp cheddar or whatever you like. I use Mexican shredded. All items purchased at Walmart. Bake for 30 minutes and dinner for 2 maybe 4 if your small eaters or have a side of salad. These work great for parties too as munchies.

I like to make these in the air fryer. Just before they're done I sprinkle some shredded cheese over the top and put back in the air fryer for a few more minutes, just until the cheese melts. Once they're done, add some sour cream and serve! They have a perfect crunchy texture that is full of flavor!
