You get more if you make it your self but if your unable to do so and you can afford to spend a little more its a great and surprisingly health snack. in the course of this has been part of my diet for loosing weight. i use it as a light snack that has a little bit of everything your body needs to keep going threw the day. down side its expensive if your on a budget with food stamps.

It comes with cheese,the best buttery crackers you'll ever taste(at least in my opinion) and hard sliced salami!
