I'm very disappointed in this company

I just received these butterflies and they had only given me a total of 12 butterflies I was going to decorate my daughters room with these butterflies but it doesn't even cover up the wall, this is ridiculous. What happen to 32 butterflies? Also why aren't they 3D? Item isn't as described ! This place is a phony.
