Gustaf's Licorice Ice Peppermint Bites with Sweet Licorice

I had read reviews on line of this candy .most simply said it was too minty. that sounded great to me. but.... this candy is expired from this seller. i cant make out the code on the bag, but it seems to be old. it was hard, the inner part is rancid tasting. no mint flavor at all. just some licorice that is filled with rancid flavored gunk. its rotten. looks like old dried up peanutbutter inside. the code reads L-2234 i bought it nov, 2024. anyone know the code to that? seems old to me. i didnt mind they were hard but the taste, its a bit like soap as the other person here stated. but in my opinion, rancid. that is your take away, rancid taste. skip this.
