Super soft quality and feels so gentle on my gums! The only downsides are that the back of the toothbrush head doesn't have a tongue scraper and also the toothbrush head is too big to fit into my protective travel cover.

I've tried countless name-brand top-of-the-line “soft” toothbrushes- these are far superior- %26 far less costly. 3 weeks of use so far- and brush feels %26 smells fresh as new. I'm not sure if that's due to the “charcoal”. Hasn't made a difference as far as “whitening” my teeth.
