Does not work!

The disk doesn't play. It first was stuck in a brand new system, requiring a manual eject, and now will not load properly. The only options are for refund, but we only need to exchange/refund the game, but have no contact information available to do so. So disappointed!

Worked perfect

Was delivered on time. It took me a bit to connect them to the PS4 but I am pretty sure I missed it in the instructions. Put the thumb drive in and long hold the button (about 2-3 sec) on it till it starts to blink really quick, then press the power button on the guitar once to power it up then long hold it again and release and it will start to flash the lights really fast and sync up when it goes steady. Both of mine worked right out of the box. The only thing I didn't realize when buying it was that the Guitar Hero TV part apparently is going away in December so the only songs I will have then are the 42 that came on the disc. That's why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Not A Happy Camper

Guitars and disc looked brand new but one key sticks on guitar but we can't even test to see if it will still work cuz disc doesn't work at all. And instead of offering us an exchange we just have the i option to return it. This was a xmas present and my kids can't even use it.
