At first, the sounds were kind of gross. But kids LOVE gross!!!! I bought it as a gift for my grandchildren, but my dog, (border collie), was all over me to give it to her! She absolutely Loved it!!! She played and chewed on it for days. So I bought two more on sale. Wanna guess who got them? But the sounds weren't as gross after awhile. Mainly because of how much our dog played with it.
