I really do love the square shape. And I do find that this paper is excellent whether you buy the watercolor version or the mix media version they really hold up. The watercolor one does hold up to taking water and layers. I was very happy but finally, I have something I can work with and it isn't warping out of shape as I'm trying to workactually practice cause I'm a beginner

This paper is quality watercolor paper. I have been painting with watercolors since my daughter started kindergarten in 2015. Although I prefer a 300gram paper this is a lot the best you can get in the 140 pound paper.
