With superior flavor, it’s perfect for slicing, and ideal for cooking outdoors in the smoker or on the grill. Plus, our flat cut is easily sliced, making it a savory addition to a number dishes, including on your favorite rye for the perfect corned beef sandwich or Ruben. Easy preparation instructions on the package make it simple to prepare and a spice packet is included for extra flavor, if desired. We even provide a work-free method for de-brining the brisket that makes it ready for the smoker. We use only the purest ingredients and hand trim each piece to our exacting specifications. I was cautious to purchase after reading some of the negative reviews. However, I bought it and followed the directions from another review for the Instant Pot (add water and beer, high pressure for 90 minutes, take it out and let it rest) and it came out perfectly. Don't be fooled by lower price
The thighs were shredded and had to cut off more fat than usual And tried not to be picky Half of a thigh would have long flat piece with fat not really useable I weighed the scraps and they were 9 ounces. Now comparing Walmart price and name brand price they become pretty equal It seemed I would have been better off buying a name brand Will not buy again!!!

How to cook it! I got you!
Yall saying it is too stiff need to learn to cook better. Rinse your meat in warm water. not hot. add a quarter cup of water to your pan. Set your oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Put your seasonings on it. Cover it in foil. Cook it for 5 hours. At the last hour add your potatos. Recover it. At your past 15 minutes add your cabbage on top. Recover it. You can be patient! I believe in you!
