Hello suzanne! We can imagine this must be super frustrating! The issue is we had already shipped your order prior to you changing your address. Since you asked for a return and refund, Walmart will hold the funds until the returning package is marked "delivered" at our facility. Obviously, you cannot do that since it went to the initial, incorrect address you entered. We messaged you back explaining this and asked if you had access to the original address and that we could replace your order to the corrected address either way while we worked through the return and refund issue. We never heard back until this review. Again, we are happy to help if you work with us to get the needed information!
