I'm trying to hold an aging fence and gate together, since to replace it, all the cost will fall on me, neighbor can't contribute. New to handywork, am a 70 y.o. Female with a full set of Ryobi tools. These go through most of the wood like butter, and I appreciate it does not take much power to get it through. And they hold. Unfortunately, I put them through parts on the gate,and they are an inch beyond the wood, so now I'm working on ways to cut off that very sharp end so I stop scratching my arm.

These are good screws and are easy to use. No issues when using the point is nice and sharp so sets into the wood well allowing the drill to start the screw without wobbling. Once set in place they provide a good tight bond between the 2 pieces. Consistency in the screws is notable they all look the same which means the machine making them is set up correctly and is consistent when producing screws. Price is very competitive with the big box home improvement stores.
