This allowed me to have a noticeable amount of energy in the morning. I would recommend this and I feel like the absorption and effectiveness is pretty good. Is it my favorite B12 no but the fact that I felt a difference in my everyday life just reminds me that this deserves a 10 out of 10 I rarely feel the effects of certain vitamins so this was huge.
