Great Unit!

I am very satisfied with the 2 units purchased for my Condo. I like the fact that they are a lot more quiter and don't have to worry about turning them off/on. You can adjust the temperature and it works on its own. Also, it does reduces the electricity bill. The unit has a better design than my previous one. I highly recommend it.

Quiet Efficient Unit

I bought this few months ago & was surprised how quietly it ran. Is efficient & installation is important. Have contractor place a cover over outside unit to prevent air leakage inside.

Reliability

This is the 2nd GE PTAC purchase I've made in 13 plus years of owning my condo. The 1st purchase to replace the existing GE PTACs was in 2007. I definitely got my $$$ worth on these PTACs. They lasted 13 years delivering cold A/C and warm heat with a regular cleaning schedule. No other maintenance issues or service calls were required. These new Zoneline PTACs are easy to install/remove for cleaning with a simple plug and play operation. They are much quieter than 13 years ago with a modern simple display.
