However, an older one I have used which is the exact same style, manufacturer etc , is easy to handle %26 delivers as advertised %26 expected %26 the price seemed reasonable. I purchased this one as a back up not knowing exactly what might be remaining in the older one. I walk to buses %26 in neighborhoods with a variety of unfamiliar, loose dogs (a problem in my current living situation %26 having this makes it a bit safer if needed. For the record, Pepper Spray is legal in all 50 states and i got this to wear when walking (after being chased by two stray dogs that were aggressive) the strap is easily adjustable and fits comfortably on my hand, it doesn't slip off or move around. I feel more safe when i have this with me for protection.
