Ranch Hand GGF19HBL1C Legend Series Grille Guard Fits 18-21 Expedition Fits select: 2018-2023 FORD EXPEDITION

The grille itself is very nice. Powdercoat thin in spots. The hardware to mount is hot garbage. For a $1,000 product, I expect perfection. This is the 2nd time Ranch Hand has let me down. I doubt I'll buy another product of theirs. 1. The retention bolts for frame mount were welded catywampus. Zero way to utilize. The nut was offset to the plate, prevent bolts from being threaded. Pure laziness. Had to spend $20 at Lowe's to get proper Grade 8 hardware. 2. The mounting plates rub the body. Again, $1000 product. Could have easily ensure the bracket was trimmed 1/4” and zero rub would occur. More laziness. It's on a 2024 model. Same body lines from 2018-2024. 3. Powder coat on bracket is spotty. Barely adequate coverage. Very thin in spots. Almost guaranteed to start rusting shortly. I had same issue with last one. Within 6 months it looked 10yrs old with rust stains everywhere. Ranch Hand used to be the epitome of quality. It's pretty clear they're riding on reputation and aren't focused on quality anymore.
