I purchase these for my diabetic mother whom has a problem with eating meals when she wakes up. The small size and energy dense biscuits keep her fueled until her lunch hour at work, and the taste is great and not grainy/gritty she says! If you need a quick bite and can't cook or prepare a proper meal these come good in a pinch or commute.

My favorite flavor of all the Belvita crackers are the Vanilla Oat. They taste like a cookie, but crispy more like a cracker. Dipped in peanut butter, they taste just like Nutter Butters. Sometimes my local store wouldn't have them, but they've finally started carrying them all the time.
