I returned this item even though it's a great product. The video is deceiving in the "Ease of Use" portion. I found it hard to balance putting stress on the arms and wrist. I mean unnecessary stress. The power was great. Run time, I guess was good as we never got to use it that long. I definitely would not recommend it for seniors.

That should tell you how I feel about the greenworks line up. Have a pole saw. Next will be a tiller. This string trimmer works amazing. Really enjoy the new head design.
