For years I have used a corded hedge trimmer to keep my English ivy under control. This year the warmer and wetter climate have caused the ivy to surge in growth. Getting the heavy duty power cord out at least weekly is time consuming and a real pain. This trimmer works better than my old corded one and saves me time and aggravation - and it is safer. I trim my ivy more frequently and my yard looks better kept for it. Power and duration are excellent. I'm very happy. I own 5 GW power tools having made the decision to "go battery" 3 years ago.
