Both Walmart and Greenworks are great in servicing customers. It took two returns to get it right. The first was due to the battery was dead on arrival (product issue). The second one was due to shipping damage (fedex issue). I was a little annoyed that I had to re-pack and haul the heavy box to Walmart twice to do the return. The third time - it is pefect. I own 5 greenworks mowers and a snow blower now. Generally happy with the product. Highly recommend at this price point.

Greenworks 60 volt cordless electric push mower

At 69 years old, I thought a self-propelled mower would be necessary to mow my one-third acre yard. After months of pursuing a self-propelled cordless electric mower at a price I could afford, I finally decided to go ahead and get this 60 volt cordless electric mower by Greenworks. I noticed that the weight of the mower was only 37 lb and I hoped that it would be relatively easy to use. The mower came a few weeks ago and boy was I thrilled! Who needs self-propelled? This mower is so light and easy to push a two-year-old could do it. I no longer have a problem starting my mower and don't have to pull that nasty cord anymore. I'm so happily surprised. I never would consider self-propelled after using this one. I am very very happy with my purchase. I would recommend an additional battery though for running time. I intend to purchase one as soon as I am able. Again, I highly recommend this mower.
