Sprouts and Lasts!

We tried different brands of grass seed over the last 3 years and this is the only seed that sprouts and doesn't die off immediately. We have a difficult area of our yard that is heavily shaded all day, and this seed handles it and looks great. We also have heavy foot traffic (dog and human). While we protect it in the early stages, we're able to be on it after the first season.
