Dynasty Gallery - Paperweight - Prickly Pear Cactus

Over 60 years Dynasty Gallery has designed decorative glass to capture the shapes, colors and lights of nature's marvels. Each of the collectible treasures they offer are handmade, one by one, in the ancient traditions of glass-making. To create this iconic desert succulent, Dynasty Gallery glassmakers use a two-step process to make this paperweight. The cactus figurine is formed first with the lampwork technique, then the figurine is encased using layers of 2000 degree molten glass until the desired effect is achieved. Each paperweight comes in a gift box.
