this is an amazing TV for the money. almost every bad review you see for this is because of the item getting damaged in shipment, and that is not the fault of the TV. If you are worried it may get damaged in transit, just schedule it for pick up! we've had this for almost a year now and the picture and sound are both incredible for 400 bucks, and we haven't had a single issue with it. the built in Roku software is very fast and not laggy at all, and updates easily when needed. the UI experience is top notch, 4k works flawlessly, and CEC and eARC have worked perfectly as well. 10 years ago this tv would be better than literally any other tv on the market and would have cost 7500 dollars, no joke. technology is insane these days and you can easily have a beautiful 75 inch TV now for your living room that works, looks and sounds amazing for under 400 bucks. do it. don't hesitate. this tv is awesome!

The picture quality is great and very clear. The only issue that I have is the sound seems to fluctuate and isn't very good. It seems that is an ongoing problem with this tv that I overlooked. If the sound was better then I would give it five stars. But it seems to lack in that area.

smashed screen and the tv was already on a channel

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! The TV was delivered by an elderly man who had so much trouble with taking the TV out of his personal car. He couldn't handle it at all, although he didn't drop it I had to bring in the item myself and he seemed so overwhelmed, I felt so bad for him. After readjusting the room to set up the item, I plugged it in and it was already on a channel and the screen was completely smashed!!! I will never buy this item again!
