Ease of Use: Using this product was straightforward. The mix comes with everything you need-grass seed, fertilizer, mulch, and microbials. The instructions were clear, and I didn't have to do much prep work. Just spread it over the bare spots, water it, and wait. Performance: One thing I liked was how quickly the grass started to grow. In about five days, I saw the first sprouts, and within two weeks, the bare spots were filling in nicely. The ryegrass in the mix really does grow fast and thick. I was a bit skeptical about its ability to stay put on slopes, but the tackifier did its job well, and the seeds didn't wash away when it rained. Health and Maintenance: The added microbials are a nice touch-they help keep the lawn healthy and resist disease. The mulch changes color when it's dry, which is a handy reminder to water. I tend to forget about watering, so this feature was really useful for me. Water Efficiency: Living in a dry area, water conservation is important. This mix is drought-tolerant and claims to save water compared to regular grass seed. I've noticed that the new grass does seem to require less water, which is a big plus.
