Place unopened bag standing up on microwavable dinner plate. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove plate and bag.

These are SO good! They taste wonderful and they are so low-cal that you can just eat the whole bag if you want. I like the combination of the veggies. The carrots are a little crisper than I like - but overall a great choice for a snack or to accompany a meal.

I love eating these delicious vegetables for a quick dinner on summer nights. Since they are prepared in the microwave, I don't have to use my oven or stove, so my house stays cool. I just put them in a bowl after heating and my dinner is complete.

Quantity problem..no matter the brand
the same problem exits with the nicer brands all the way down to the Walmart great value brand...by the time you cook it and the cooked volumn shrinks , if that pkg said 4 servings; those servings will be about 1 %26 1/2 Tbs. Not acceptable . whatever happened to truth in labeling? Guess that went the way of the leisure suit and mini skirts . So be aware how little cook product youll be left with, whether green giant, birdseye or great value.
