This is my favorite Green Giant Steamable blend. It's difficult to describe the sauce, except to say it brings out the natural flavors of the sugar snap peas, peppers and potatoes. I enjoy this variety over rice, and don't feel I need to add soy/teriyaki sauce to it because the texture is right on point. This is also perfectly delicious on it's own for a small meal or snack.

Enough to share with 2 persons in a meal as a side dish. I undercook a bit from the time mentioned in the instructions; else, the potatoes will shrivel, and get tougher, plus I like a bit of crunch to the snap peas. With chicken breast or other main entrée, this adds a side dish to make a good sized meal. I've even nuked these to eat alone when I want a smaller meal. Have bought before. Will buy again. The nuke-in-bag style makes it quick and easy to prepare. Quality of components in the bag is good.
