Fresh Red Baby Potatoes, 1.5 lb Bag

I love these. I just wash them and slice them in half and put canola oil in a bag with, dill, onion powder and garlic. I shake them up in a bag and then put them in a pan to fry them up. They are always fresh and just about all the same size so they get cooked up all at once. You can roast them in the oven this way as well. They are the perfect shape. They are great with Eggs in the morning. Great for growing kids to satisfy their hunger. I would highly recommend.

These are a little expensive and can shrivel up fast on you if you don't use them up but they make great side dish one cut in half add garlic herbs, olive oil, toss, and bacon in the oven. They're so good also they make really good miniature potato skins. Just cut them in half baked them fork them a little bit to loosen them up and then add your toppings and they're like bite-size hors d'oeuvres. They're popular my house and they go fast. They're really yummy.
