Glad that I gave these a try

These are so good. I find myself ignoring the other foods on my plate and get so into eating on the corn cob bites. The seasoning is just right. Will be keeping some of these in my freezer for whenever I want to add a tasty treat to a meal. I make three or four at time now using the oven, tinfoil to wrap them in and I put a few drops of water in (for moisture) and put a little butter in with them too, wow, I really really like these.

Variation from the normal veggie sides

Nice to have corn on the cob year round, especially that can be steamed in bag. The corn gets a little sticky, but other brands are bad either way that… the corn sticking to my teeth. The “Mexican Street” style is just a little bit of spiciness, nothing severe. Good for a snack or a veggie side.

A Tasty Treat That Has A Touch Of Heat To IT

A few years ago, the mother of one of our best friends made us some homemade chicken soup when we were sick. She used small cobs of corn and Mexican seasonings and it was the best chicken soup I ever had. She passed away a few years ago, but I still remember her great soup. So I bought this corn in her memory and made chicken soup yesterday. Although her soup was the best, my version comes close. The corn adds a delicious treat to the soup and the Mexican seasonings on each cob gave my version a nice "Zing". We both had terrible colds and felt better the next day after we had big bowls of my homemade chicken soup.
