Love the pods because they are so easy to use. No measuring required. No mess. No need to buy fabric softener, it's in the pod. They work great. My clothes look and smell so good. great smell and stain removal

i use this brand for a vacation rental, and it's a fresh smell with high marks for stain removal. only downside is that guests take them like gumballs from a candy machine if i don't ration them. wish they'd make a coin-op laundry style dispenser for these so i didn't have to trust guests, so for now i hand them out like scrooge at Christmas…

Lacking customer service

I ordered these for delivery, but they were missing when my other items were delivered. I talked to an online associate and was told to call. I called, and a refund that was initiated on January 3. The debit card I used is no longer active, and I have not received my refund. I called 1-800-WALMART, and was told it was no longer eligible for a refund. This upsets me. I want a refund or WalMart cash put on my account in the amount of the refund I was supposed to receive.
