Confusing Order System
Confusing Order. Ordered light bulbs from Walmart, but they arrived in Home Depot box with no documentation. Wrong bulbs were sent. Tried returning to local Home Depot which refused to take it because of lack of documentation. Returned it to local Walmart, discovering that it was ordered through Walmart but fulfilled by Home Depot. Was able to return it through Walmart. Lack of documentation in package made return requirements confusing. Walmart needs to insure vendors fulfilling a Walmart order include documentation clearly specifying how to return.
