In the colder months, I like to make a hot beverage of soup stock (chicken or beef). I usually put some bullion and ready made mixes of herbs ans spices into the drip coffee maker's filter and come out with clear, seasoned broth that I can drink right out of the meu without any stray particles floating around or gathering at the bottom. I REALLY love it!!! Its great on a cold winter evening
