I make what i call lazy enchiladas out of these. Just grab a 13x9 pan layer refried beans on the bottom, top with these taquitos, then pour enchilada sauce over them and top with shredded cheese. After which, place jn 350 oven for around 30 mins or until hot and enioy! Cheap, easy, and delicious dinner.
