The texture is perfect, flavor is light. I enjoy putting a little extra touch by making little peaks on the top when served on pies or cakes. This product holds up well so the peaks don't droop, especially when served cool. It would be difficult to tell any difference between this GV brand vs a familiar brand- name product.

Why spend more money on the name brand stuff when the Great Value is just as good and about half the price! Love this product. I can freeze it and use it at any time. It tastes great and has a long expiration date. It is a great dessert topping for pies, ice cream, etc!
