Ice Cream tasted like Ice Milk

I've bought the full gallon vanilla Ice cream several times and have been very pleased with it. I don't know if Walmart changed vendors or it partially melted in transit, but this time the quality dropped considerably. Does anyone remember Ice Milk? It was a cheaper substitute for ice cream. That's what this gallon of ice cream tasted like, and it had the texture of ice milk. I'm going to give this particular purchase partially 5 star reviews based on previous experiences. If the next order is like this one, I'll return it to Walmart and give it a poor review.
