im using the gelatine to clean my. i use one box of gelatine with warm water (hot enough to dissolve the gelatine) then i pour it in the oil from my deep fat fryer. stir put it in the frig overnight. the jello will harden trapping all the gunk that was on the bottom. pour the oil in a clean container and its ready and clean for a few more time
