I keep trying to make salsa from scratch, but why bother? This jar is seriously dangerous—it disappears in minutes when I bring it out. It has that fresh, zesty kick without being a fire hazard. For those people who need a milder version of salsa, this is the BEST one I have found. We use it for making taco chips with melted cheese, and then add the salsa on top….easy, yummy snack or even a side dish with a meal.
