My doctor wants me to get away from soda to try and help me lose some weight. She suggested sports drinks. She really wanted me to get the sugar-free or zero sugar drinks. I cannot stand anything "Diet". It has a nasty chemical taste, including stevia drinks. These drinks are as good as the brand name sports drinks. I am not that crazy about the lemon lime flavor, but I squeeze a lemon into it and it tastes great then. I have to drink lemon juice in my water because it dissolves the kidney stones I keep getting.
