Great Value Sourdough Bread, 24 oz

I picked up Great Value Sourdough Bread on a regular grocery run and ended up being genuinely impressed. The texture is just right and soft on the inside with enough structure that it doesn't fall apart, and the crust has a nice bite without being tough. The flavor is what really stood out to me. It has that mild sourdough tang without being overpowering, which makes it really versatile. I've had it toasted and untoasted, and it's great both ways. Toasted, it gets crisp on the outside while staying soft inside. Untoasted, it's still fresh and flavorful. It pairs perfectly with cream cheese, but it's also excellent on its own, for sandwiches, or even just warmed up with butter. It doesn't taste dry or bland like some store-brand breads can. For the price, the quality honestly surprised me. This is one of those items that feels like a step above what you expect from a store brand. I'll definitely be buying it again and keeping it in regular rotation.
