These can properly be called 'mini' oyster crackers. The bag I got was incredibly fresh, melt in your mouth good! Delicate texture with the right amount of salt to be a stand alone coffee table snack or really inexpensive low fat beer companion. If you want low salt crackers these are not it.

These soup and oyster crackers are just plain good. They have a nice light crunch and a mild flavor that works with just about anything. We like them best with chili or soup, and the kids always grab a handful to snack on while we're cooking. They hold up well in hot soup without turning mushy too fast, and they taste fresh every time we open a new bag. It's nice finding something this simple that everyone enjoys. The bag is a good size too, plenty to last through several meals, and it stays crisp if you roll or clip it closed. For the price, it's a great pantry staple to keep around. These crackers turn an ordinary bowl of chili or tomato soup into something just a little more fun for the kids, and they've become a regular part of our family dinners. My helpful tip: Pour a few into a small bowl for the kids instead of letting them dig into the bag-it keeps them fresh longer and saves the rest for next time.
