Pure beef, great taste
The best feature of this product is that it's all beef, and doesn't seem to be top heavy in breadcrumbs. Cheaper products contain chicken, pork, and turkey, and the taste just isn't the same. This is more expensive, of course. The beef/industrial complex has done a number on us, but if you want the taste and quality, you just have to grin and bear it.

These are excellent. Made a quick gravy, served with some homemade mashed potatoes, they were done in no time flat! And I'm very picky when it comes to meat…There was not a single bone fragment, or weird rubbery taste at all. They are ridiculously easy, especially when compared with homemade…They didn't taste homemade BUT they were very good! Will purchase again! Very versatile ingredient, made with quality beef. Totally surprised!!
