After trying several brands of egg rolls, I like these and Pagoda best. Those two are pretty close to each other for flavor and texture, and crispy wraps when baked in a convection oven (probably even crisper in an air fryer). Throw a couple rolls, and some crinkle fries with paprika and salt into the oven to make a meal. Mix half and half some yellow mustard and coarse ground horseradish (not the creamy style) to make a dip for the egg rolls. Bought these several times before, and will buy again.

I made it according to the air fryer directions listed on the back and it said to set at 3:50 for 13 to 14 minutes.
