This review relates to a problem I had this evening, likely not to the email to which I am responding. Your representative was very patience and as helpful as he could be given the lack of information the web site provided. This is related to order %23200013291278314. I usually catch any abnormally large shipping fee involved with a particular item. This time I missed it. There was an added shipping fee of $17.92. I accessed the detailed itemization of the order but there was no extra shipping fee listed. I am assuming that the seller did not wish to be so readily identified. If that is the case, that is an accommodation to the seller. All I wanted to do was to identify the item and delete it prior to placing the order. Any such consideration should have devolved to the customer, not the seller. I am 85 years old and confined to a wheelchair. I was finally able to access the order number and your representative was able to identify the item. By the way I was born upstairs over my dad's grocery store back during the Great Depression of the 1930's.

I prefer the clear Great Value silverware as it is much sturdier than the white kind. Doesn't break near as easy. The price makes it pretty easy to use the silverware daily. Can be used for several times as long as you wash in hot soapy water, don't put in dishwasher, or it doesn't break.
