Great Value Pitted Dark Sweet Cherries, 16 oz (Frozen)

Had these for an evening snack and they were delicious! Normally when I buy a variety of fruit something always goes bad before I can eat it all! If all frozen fruit was this tasty, I'd order it all the time.

Before discovering these cherries, I'd enjoyed over 12 cans of Oregon brand dark cherries in cherry juice. Because they are so much more expensive than the frozen Great Value item, I decided to try these. They were 95% just as delicious, so much so, that I ate the entire bag plus the juice from the cherries! Do I recommend that you do the same? NOOOO! Not unless you need to position yourself as close as possible to a bathroom within perhaps 12 hours or so, if you know what I mean. 😂or😟. The Oregon brand folks say that their farmers' cherries are not certified organic bc of the expense, but the label states "Non GMO", so if consuming organic produce is important to you, you may want to opt for the Oregon brand or similar. I'm 83 and in good health, but you and those you feed may want to consider eating organic foods as often as possible. Btw, the pkg cautions that there may be pits in the bag and, yes, there have been a few.
