One thing to look for when buying sausage and that's the word PREMIUM. This sausage is delicious. It doesn't leave much fat which I like. The main thing is taste. I enjoy it with eggs and biscuits. Don't think that a store brand can't be as good as a name brand because in this case, this sausage is very pleasing. I highly recommend it.
